Altametrics

Overview:
Altametrics is a highly successful software development company specializing in restaurant industry front and back of house solutions, boasting big-name clients such as McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Chipotle, and Hooters. However, their outdated website didn’t reflect their status as a cutting-edge tech company. They enlisted the help of an external design firm to rebrand their website and products, but needed an in-house developer to execute their vision.


Project:
That’s where I came in. I was responsible for turning their design PSDs and feature list into a fully-functional WordPress website, while also performing quality assurance checks on the product sites that were developed prior to my arrival. Due to a hard launch date, I had to complete the development and testing of all websites in a mere six days, which I successfully accomplished. My work was well-received and I was subsequently hired full-time as the developer for their marketing team.


At Altametrics, I was heavily involved in content marketing projects. I developed a gated content system and all associated landing pages for lead generation and nurturing. I also helped integrate a custom CRM and lead tracking system that allowed us to track visitors and their movements on the site, enabling us to better determine where they were in the sales funnel and which content would be most effective to serve them. The data we collected also helped us tailor our email campaigns to be more effective. Additionally, I helped to develop systems and processes across all social media accounts, implementing best practices and posting tools to grow the company’s audience on various platforms and generate leads for future nurturing.
