Overview:
Windward Productions, a California-based videography company, required a website redesign that would be easy to maintain without technical knowledge. They were looking for a website update that would better represent their brand and unique offerings.
Project:
I was hired to work closely with the Windward Productions team on the overall design and development of the site. As they are a videography company, it was important to have specific imagery and develop unique assets. I began the project by creating a temporary website using placeholder content, and had weekly conference calls with the team to discuss the purpose of each asset. This allowed them to develop all of the necessary images, copy, and videos appropriately.
Once development was complete, I provided training to the Windward Productions team on how to manage the website. I also created tutorial videos that covered various aspects of site management, such as portfolio additions, content changes, and blogs. This ensured that the team could easily train new team members in the future.
